Forma Labs Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Forma Labs offers fixed-scope, fast-turnaround digital services including website design, automation builds, and related technology consulting. By engaging our services or submitting a form via our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

Each project includes only the items explicitly stated in the selected package (e.g. QuickLaunch, Rapid AI Site, Signature Site, Workflow Automation). Any additions or requests outside of the listed scope are subject to additional fees or a new service agreement.

3. Timeline & Delivery

Forma Labs guarantees delivery timelines based on receipt of complete and accurate materials.

For QuickLaunch, Rapid AI Site, and other expedited builds, the stated delivery timeframe (e.g. 36–48 hours) begins only after all required content, assets, and payment have been received.

Failure to provide timely content or assets will result in delivery delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

Logo and branding assets
Domain access (if applicable)
Written content and/or approvals
Payment in full prior to project start

5. Revisions & Edits

QuickLaunch: 1 round of post-build revisions
Other packages: revision scope detailed in proposal
Additional edits beyond the included revisions may incur fees.

6. Payment & Refunds

All projects must be paid in full up front.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is delayed more than 10 business days due to client non-response, Forma Labs reserves the right to close the project without refund.

7. Ownership & Use

Clients retain ownership of all custom copy, visuals, and final outputs once the project is paid in full. Forma Labs reserves the right to showcase projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forma Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use, missed deadlines due to incomplete client input, or platform-specific limitations (e.g. third-party embed restrictions).
